PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a tile pre-affixed plate by performing the adhering of tiles and the forming of the joint parts in one process. SOLUTION: On an inorganic material, an unhardened water hardening composition containing a blast-furnace slag, an ultra-fine powdery substance, a water soluble macro-molecule, a hardening stimulator and water, is poured in, or the layer of a water hardening composition is press-bonded to provide the layer of an unhardened water hardening composition, and on the top of the layer, a surface on which a plurality of tiles are intended to be adhered, is arranged facing the upper surface of the water hardening composition layer, and press- bonded, and thus, joint parts are formed between tiles by the water hardening composition, and also, a tile adhering layer to adhere and fix the tiles and the inorganic material, is formed, and then, they are cured and hardened. |
