PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the exclusiveness of air bubbles of a pressure generation chamber while achieving the supply efficiency of ink to the pressure generation chamber. SOLUTION: First chambers 2, 9 communicating with a reservoir 3 through first and second ink supply ports 4, 4 and mutually connected through ink supply communication holes 10 are formed to both surfaces of a passage forming substrate and the ink supply communication holes 10, 10 are obliquely formed so that a piezoelectric vibrator side is set to a reservoir side and a nozzle plate side is set to a nozzle orifice side. Ink easily flows in the pressure generation chamber 9 on the side of the nozzle plate along the inclination of the ink supply communication holes 10, 10 and air bubbles stagnated in the first pressure generation chamber 2 on the side of the piezoelectric vibrators are easily moved to the second pressure generation chamber 9 near to nozzle orifices 6. |
