The control panel has a front plate (1) with a number of holes (22) corresponding to the control positions. A mounting plate (9) has a number of guide profiles (12) corresponding to the control positions and forms a clip mounting for the front panel. The space between the front panel and the mounting plate forms a light box (8), illuminated by a light fitting (5). The control knobs (2) have transparent shafts (21) to transfer light from the light box to the front face of the controls. The mounting plate has silvered sections (9,14) to contain the light and to increase the light intensity for the controls. The edges of the mounting plate are reflector shaped (14) for added light effect. The front panel has a light-proof cladding on set parts of the rear face, leaving the selected parts illuminated. |
