At one end of the tubular construction (6) around at least a part of its periphery are supports (41) which in the raised state of the construction stably support the edges of a rigid bottom plate. At the same time, the supports hold the tubular construction in the raised state. The supports are located at a distance above the lower edge of the tubular construction which forms a stable standing surface for the trolley. The tubular construction lower end parts form or support running devices, via which the trolley contacts the ground when it is towed by a user.
