摘要 The measurement of the colour of a sample is expressed by means of the chromatic parameters defined for each of the colorimetric spaces proposed by the CIE. The main drawback of this method lies in its laboriousness, since it is necessary to carry out many transmittance measurements for each of the samples, and in the complexity of the data processing. The present invention enables the measurement of colour based on the transmittance values at certain wavelengths, which are converted by means of equations into CIELAB space chromatic parameters. Thus, a direct relationship is established between the chromatic parameters and the transmittance value at specified wavelengths. The main advantages are the speed of calculation and the possibility of acting as a basis for the standardization of colour measurements in wines, spirits and wine vinegars.
