The sphere or spheres 1, 14, 28, 29 is or are placed on a self-adjustable valve seat 7, 8, 19, 30 which is continuously pressed against the corresponding sphere 1, 14, 28, 29 in order to produce a hermetic seal between sphere and seat. Because the tube is free of obstacles impeding the circulation of the gases, a greater amount of gas passes. The fact that the valve or valves is or are spherical allows the movement of them to be uniform, creating no vibrations. It also makes it possible to dispense with the camshaft, the rocker arm (rocker, tappet), mushroom valve, rocker arms (valve lifters), etc., producing less vibration, and it also makes it possible for the heat to be distributed better, with more uniform temperatures. <IMAGE>
