The system consists of a cylinder of laminar formation, with a grating in the lower half, which is slightly flexible and widened at its base, of suitable length, which reduces the diameter in the upper end, forming a handle which, consolidated, supports the cylinder and in turn the inside of the latter serves as guide in which the control securing the rags runs.
