The invention relates to a novel type of prefabricated reinforced-concrete panels, for systems of filler materials with planar beams 4 which are totally or partially concreted on site, forming double-inclination joins (joints) 1, towards the inside of the beams 2, at the ends of the ribs of the panels, and of contrary inclination 3 or vertical inclination in the rest of the join, said joins being resistant to shearing without sliding in the planes 2, 3 of said joins. The invention solves the problem of guaranteeing suitable levels of strength and reliability in the filler materials of planar beams, the joins being elements which do not weaken the strength of the system, which resist vertical shearing forces in both directions and which allow optimization of the system by imparting its strength to that of the panels and beams. The manufacture of the panels according to this invention, a manufacturing device, the applications to panels of different cross section and its extension to beams and joists manufactured in an analogous manner are claimed. <IMAGE>
