SOLUTION: A camera and light 1 are attached to the end of a squeezing FRP rod 5 with a cavity 6. At this time, lighting the light 1, the observation of the inside the duct by the camera is performed easily. Also, even in the case of an existing cable duct, since lead cables 4 are passed through the inside of the rod 5, the faultiness of communication lines being choked with the existing cables is eliminated.
