PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resistor having low TCR and a low resistance value with stability. SOLUTION: As a resistor paste 1, what mixed powder, in which particle diameter is 5μm or below, content of copper-nickel alloy powder is more than 97wt.%, and glass powder having a softening point below 550 deg.C is contained by less than 0-3wt.%, is dispersed in a vehicle, is used. After the paste 1 is printed on a ceramic base body 3, a chip resistor is realized by baking in a neutral atmosphere. |
