PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner which can perform air conditioning where the direction of supply air is optimum and can prevent the dew condensation on main body side and on wall face side by modifying the angle of opening and closing of a flap during air conditioning operation. SOLUTION: A turbo fan is arranged, with its axis oriented in front and rear directions, within a casing 1, and also a heat exchanger is arranged at a front face side of the turbo fan, within the casing 1, and the casing 1 is provided with outlets 21-24 to supply air in vertical directions and in right and left directions. Flaps 11-14 for controlling the direction of supply air are attached in a state capable of being freely opened and closed. Then, the flaps 11-14 are put in full close condition corresponding to initial position by a flap angle controller in every specified time during operation, and after recognition of the opening and closing angle of the flaps 11-14, the opening and closing angles of the flaps are modified to the specified angles corresponding to the operation state. |
