Element which incorporates a prismatic element, which is integral with the light and from which, from the front, there emerge a rigid arm, provided with lateral stops, and a flexible arm, which are inserted inside an orifice made in the vehicle bodywork, giving rise to the immobilization of the element with the collaboration of a fin integral with one of the outer lateral parts of the prismatic body and which extends over a specific length from the plane defined by the front end thereof. The fastening and centring element is used to immobilize a light on a vehicle, simultaneously giving rise to fastening and centring in the longitudinal, transverse and vertical direction. <IMAGE>
