PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent uneven heating of a cooking object by equalizing temperature distribution inside a grill with simple technology. SOLUTION: Recessed parts 2a' and 2b' are formed being shifted so that each of them does not oppose the other on both side walls 2a and 2b of the side of a grill 4 and large gaps S for flowing the heat flow actively by the recessed parts 2a' and 2b' are provided. A primary heat flowαis generated by the flame of a gas burner 3 during burning. The heat flow rises and then turns to flow downward along the side walls 2a and 2b. A secondary heat flowβis generated along the upper surface of a straightening vane 9 after flowing the heat flow through the gap S downward at the portion where the recessed parts 2a' and 2b' are located and the second heat flowβmerges with the primary heat flowαto reach distant part. At the portion without the recessed parts 2a' and 2b', the secondary heat flowβis not generated being stymied by a cooking object and the heat flow reaches only short distance. The heat distribution is equalized by arranging the recessed parts 2a' and 2b' on both side walls 2a and 2b.
