<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capillary for the wire-bonding by providing a first part to be coupled with the capillary and second part, capable of fitting to the first part for stepwise rotating the capillary. SOLUTION: Apparatus 100 enabling an accurate stepwise rotation of a capillary comprises first and second rotary elements 110, 120 which mutually cooperate to stepwise rotate the capillary. The first and the second elements 110, 120 have first and second rings 111, 122. The first ring 111 has at least a protrusion 113, and second ring 122 mutually fits to the ring 111 and has at least a notch which cooperates with the protrusion 113 of the ring 111. The protrusion 113 radially protrudes out to a cavity 121 from the first ring 111.</p> |
