<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demand controller that does not need to set the initial power value of a target line and that makes the inclination of alarm lines not drastically change. SOLUTION: A power value in a time T is P, a quadratic function which is tangent to this point and in which the power value at time 0 is P/2, is made to represent a limit alarm value, further a middle point between the curve of the quadratic function and an ideal straight line is a 2nd alarm value, quarter partition point between the curve of the quadratic function and an ideal curve is a 1st alarm value, a limit alarm is outputted when usage power exceeds the limit alarm value, a 2nd alarm is outputted when it exceeds the 2nd alarm value and a 1st alarm is outputted when it exceeds the 1st alarm value.</p> |
