The present invention refers to the polyol components containing pyroretardants, stable during the storage, containing at least a polyol, more, if desired, other molecular weight compounds relatively elevated and that contain at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and, if desired, low molecular weight chain extensors and/ or reticulators and also blow agents, catalysts, and if desired, other auxiliaries and/ additives wherein the stablizers that are used are imiadozles of the general formula: (SEE FORMULA) wherein R1 = alkyl of C1-C4 hydroxyalkyl of C1-C4 or alkyl dimethyleamino of C1-C4 and R2, R3, R4 = H or alkyl of C1-C4 formic acid. The rigid PUR foams based on isocianate can be prepared by the reaction of this polyol component with organic and/or modified organic polyisociantes and can be used as isolation materiales in the sector of the construction.
