The present invention relates to a glass constructed apparatus and the process to purify, by means of the elimination of gasses or degasses, as much as formed substances by a single component in liquid state, that is, condensable liquids or gasses or liquefiables under adequate conditions of pressure and temperature, as to mixtures of them, and for the preparation of mixtures of diverse substances in liquid or liquefiable state with high precision and accuracy in its composition. The invention particularly relates to, on one hand, the removal of dissolved or absorbed gases in the sine of liquid substances or its mixtures, since their presence is considered as impurity in many laboratory studies and applications of industry and of scientific investigation and on the other hand with the precise and exact preparation of the substance mixture composition that contains one or more condensable components, that is, under determined temperature and pressure conditions they can be in liquid state, since in normal temperature and pressure conditions they are found in gaseous state.
