PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce many kinds of products on a common production line by controlling the construction work start process of working object to a working process positioned on the upstream side rather than a bottleneck process based on a construction work starting schedule in the bottleneck process. SOLUTION: Process information showing the kinds and amounts of working objects under working and waiting working in respective working processes and production process facility information showing the order of processing and the processing time in the respective working processes concerning the respective working objects are inputted to a bottleneck process work starting order setting means 14 and based on the inputted information, the construction work starting schedule in the bottleneck process among the respective working processes is automatically prepared. Based on data such as a target production number or the processing history of delay lot from a process information managing means 12 and the construction work starting schedule, a construction work start control means 15 automatically calculates the priority of working object for the unit of lot under delay wait to the working process on the upstream side rather than the bottleneck process. |
