SOLUTION: At a reception desk, etc., a visitor writes the information on company name, department, name and telephone number, etc., into a visiting card or a prescribed form and hands it to the receptionist. Then, the written card or form is inputted via a visitor information input device 1. Then, the visitors carry the contactless visitor cards 12a to 12n, which are produced by a visitor card register 2 and store the personal information on the visitors themselves and look around in an exhibit hall. The readers 7a to 7n placed in the exhibit booths read the visitor information out of the cards 12a to 12n via the reading parts 10a to 10n and store the read information in the storage parts 11a to 11n when the visitors enter the booths.
