PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain communication immediately when a mobile station returns to a communication enable area of a base station within a comparatively short time even when communication is disable because the mobile station is resident at the outside of the communication enable area of the base station. SOLUTION: In the case that a called mobile station 2-2 does not reply a call from a called base station 1-2 resulting from a communication request from a caller mobile station 2-1 because of the residence at the outside of the communication enable area or the like, the base station 1-2 stops once the call reception and the base station 1-2 sends a call signal of the mobile station 2-2 again after the lapse of a prescribed time. When the mobile station 2-2 returns to the speech enable area of the base station 1-2 and replies the call, the base station 1-2 calls back the mobile station 2-1 via a PBX 3 and the base station 1-1, and when the mobile station 2-1 replies the callback, the base station 1-1 calls the mobile station 2-2 via the PBX 3 and the base station 1-2 and when the mobile station 2-2 replies the call, connection is made and a speech is started.
