PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deterioration in the driving accuracy of a correcting means. SOLUTION: A supporting shaft 711 is pressed(precharged) to a bearing part 75d at the time of driving the correcting means by inclining the thrust directions 61p and 61y of driving means 76p and 76y driving the correcting means(supporting frame) 75 and guiding directions 62p and 62y by the supporting shaft 711 which is the component of guiding means 711 and 75d by 45 deg.. Then, twist caused between the supporting frame 75 and the bearing part 75d is eliminated. |
