Novel pyridazin-3-one derivatives of formula (1) are provided, which are useful as active ingredients of herbicides, wherein R1 is haloalkyl; R2 and R3 are the same or different and are hydrogen, alkyl, haloalkyl, or alkoxyalkyl; and Q is [Q-1], [Q-2], [Q-3], [Q-4], or [Q-5]. Also provided are their use and intermediates for their production.
