PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with abnormality effectively by restraining a device from being stopped if the abnormality occurs, which needs long restarting operation and is a factor of properties degradation being caused by the stress generated in a cell inside. SOLUTION: A generated power decrease discriminating part is formed at the failure detecting part 1 of an abnormality processing circuit. If a failure signal comes from such minor fault that permits power generating operation to be conducted by decreasing generated power, it is discriminated as necessity of generated power decrease and a signal is transmitted to a process confirmation part 2. During linkage operation, linkage operation is maintained, and a signal is transmitted to a generated power decreasing part 3. The setting value of generated power is set to the lower limit of its criterion to decrease generated power. |
