<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembly of a swash plate compressor by eliminating the adjustment of a shoe gap. SOLUTION: This swash plate compressor is equipped with a swash plate 10 integrally rotated with a shaft 5, and a piston 7 which is connected to the swash plate 10 through a pair of shoes 50 relatively rotated on the sliding surfaces 10a, 10c of the swash plate 10, and linearly reciprocated in a cylinder bore 6 according to the rotation of the swash plate 10. In this case, the thickness of a surface treated film applied to both sliding surfaces 10a, 10c of the swash plate 10, is so arranged that the assembly of the piston 7 to the swash plate 10 is somewhat press-fitted, and also the matrix of the swash plate 10 may not be exposed by initial abrasion. An appropriate shoe gap 50 can be obtained by the initial abrasion of the surface treated film of the swash plate 10.</p> |
