PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ease mounting and reduce the mounting space. SOLUTION: An LED lamp 10 is formed upright by using a lead frame 11 and a mold part 19. The light above LED chips 16 and 17 supported on the reflection plate 15 of the lead frame 11 is reflected forward on the reflection surface 19a of the mold part 19, and it is emitted from an output surface 19b. The reflection surface 19a is made paraboloidal, and the LED light is controlled vertically for luminuous intensity distribution and is reflected thereon. The output surface 19b is formed like a convex lens and emits the LED light after controlling it horizontally for luminuous intensity distribution.
