PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operation when handling and preparing electronic mail by setting the mutual relation of language information and image information on the same picture of screen of display part provided at terminal equipment on the side of transmission. SOLUTION: At terminal equipment 11 on the side of transmission, information is extracted and inputted from input items for the unit of one piece and according to the desired order to report to a party, that information is arranged on a preparation sheet. At such a time, the sounding interval of characters to reproduce the characters by sounding them is set. A system reproduces the prepared mail while processing time control for the display order of inputted and arranged information and the presentation of every information but at such a time, the inputted characters are sounded and reproduced. In this case, the prepared contents are reproduced by confirming processing and displayed for confirmation. As a result, the data or program of prepared contents is processed as one object and transmitted from the terminal equipment 11 on the side of transmission to a mail managing center 12. |
