<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be miniatured and accurately ignite by a method wherein thin plate amorphous metals specifying a thickness and a space factor are obtained by laminating, and a conductive wire is wound on the amorphous metal lamination specifying a space factor. SOLUTION: Thin-plate-like amorphous metals 2 of a thickness 40μor less are laminated, and further a core material is a lamination 3 obtained by laminating thin-plate-like amorphous metals of a space factor 75 to 90%. When only the thin-plate-like amorphous metals are laminated, a space factor of the lamination 3 is 75 to 90% and when the amorphous metals are laminated by residing electric insulation materials therebetween, a space factor of the amorphous metals is 65 to 95%. A conductive wire rod is wound thereon to form a primary side coil 4, which is inserted into a space of a secondary side coil 5 to form a transformer 1.</p> |
