<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily visually recognize the display label of a magnetic tape cassette from a tape cassette feeding port by arbitrarily opening the door of the port at a desired angle. SOLUTION: If an opening/closing mode is selected while closing a door 63, a sliding and driving gear 29 of a motor is rotated in the clockwise direction, a sliding piece 16 is slid to the right, a cam sliding axis 14 of a door opening and closing lever 12 is moved from the condition of a third cam 23 to the condition of a fourth cam 24, the door 63 becomes in a half opened condition and the display label of the back of a magnetic tape cassette 50, which is mounted, is seen by the user. If it is moved to a fifth cam 25, the door 63 is further opened and the label on the top surface of the cassettes is observed. During the ejection operation of the cassette, it is automatically moved to a second cam 22 and it is fully opened. Thus, the user is not required to repeat the cassette ejection.loading operations and the superiorly designed magnetic recording and reproducing device is obtained.</p> |
