PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily and surely execute document management by simple constitution in the case of utilizing a document as a form of paper. SOLUTION: A bar code data D5 for identifying a document 13 is previously added to the document 13, management information for executing the operation management of the document 13 is stored in a server correspondingly to the bar code data D5, the document 13 is specified based on the data D5, and the management information if the document 13 is changed or added in accordance with its operational processing. Consequently the document management system capable of easily and surely executing document management by simple constitution in the case of utilizing a certain document as a form of paper can be attained. |
