PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly measure a radio wave characteristic with high accuracy by arranging synchronizing signal generators having the same pulse period on the moving transmission side and the reception side, and accurately synchronizing transmission side positional information and reception side reception level information with each other. SOLUTION: Simultaneously when measurement is started, synchronizing signal generators 1-10 and 1-3 are simultaneously started on the moving side and the reception side, and a synchronized signal is measured on the transmission side and the reception side. In this case, on the reception side, a signal of the synchronizing signal generator 1-3 is held in a measuring data preserving computer 1-5 by passing a received signal through an A/D converter 1-4 as a sampling signal. On the other hand, on the moving side, a distance pulse signal of a distance pulse generator 1-9 is also sampled by passing a signal of the synchronizing signal generator 1-10 through the A/D converter 1-4 as a trigger, and is preserved in a distance pulse preserving computer 1-11. After measurement is finished, both computers 1-5 and 1-11 are connected to each other by a communication cable, and moving side positional information (distance pusle data) is transferred to the reception side, and is joined to reception side measuring data. |
