<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception system that minimizes a data delay to absorb reception fluctuations of cells in low-speed transmission with compression technology or the like in an ATM exchange network. SOLUTION: In a cell fluctuation absorption reception system of a CLAD device 10 installed in an ATM exchange network, the CLAD device 10 disassembling/assembling bit strings into cells, where a communication speed is constant in the data communication from a connected communication equipment, is provided with a CLAD part 12 having a reception buffer, corresponding to a communication speed for each destination and dummy data corresponding to a fluctuation guaranteed time are stored in the reception buffer, before 1st reception cell data are stored.</p> |
