<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively enhance characteristics by transferring a photosensitive black resin material layer on a plastic base material film onto a transparent substrate for color filters and irradiating the black resin material layer with light, thereby forming black matrices. SOLUTION: A release agent 2 is applied on the plastic base material film 1. The plastic base material film 1 having the photosensitive black resin material layer 3 formed on the release agent 2 is cut off and is placed on the substrate while the film is pressed thereto in such a manner that the black resin material layer is laminated. After the plastic base material film 1 is laminated thereon by thermal and/or pressure bonding, the plastic base material film is stripped to transfer the black resin material layer 3 onto the base material. The transparent substrate 4 transferred with the black resin material layer 3 on the surface is irradiated with the UV rays or electron beams via a photomask 5, by which the black resin material layer 3 is exposed. The black resin material layer is then developed and rinsed. If the positive type photoreceptor is used for the black resin material layer, only the exposed parts remain and the black resin material layer 3 is patterned, by which the black matrices 6 are formed.</p> |
