PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water floor heating panel having a space surrounded by a frame member and filled with a foamed resin which can be manufactured very easily. SOLUTION: Frame members 3, 5, 9 and 10 are made of a plywood of same thickness and constitute the outer circumference of a panel 1. A reinforcing material 7 made of a plywood thinner than the frame members 3, 5, 9 and 10 is disposed in parallel between a pair of frame members 5, 5 and secured to the frame member 3 while arranging the upper surface. A steel surface plate 11 is fixed to the upper surface of the frame members 3, 5, 9 and 10 and the reinforcing material 7 and a hot water tube 13 abuts against the lower surface thereof. Spaces under the surface plate 11 surrounded by the frame members 3, 5, 9 and 10 are filled with foamed urethane 17 having high thermal insulation effect and since these spaces communicate within the thickness of the frame member 3-10 under the reinforcing material 7, the work for pouring foamed urethane 17 in fluid state is facilitated. |
