In the case that delay is generated in data reception since the network 102 is in the congestion state, the local data are reproduced within the delay time. Thus, even in the case that the delay time is present, display to an output part 103 is not stagnated and the unpleasant feeling of irritation or anxiety is not supplied to the user.
