摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible speed control adaptive for the change of cutting load without necessity for an operator to perform complicated parameter setting by calculating feeding speed at a corner part from a cutting circular measure corresponding to tool cutting width at the time of straight line cutting and a cutting circular measure corresponding to the tool cutting width of corner part. SOLUTION: At the time of working a straight line part, a cutting circular measureθd corresponding to cutting width r1 of tool is found by a specified formula. Besides, a corner curve angleθis calculated by the inclination of locus commanded by a working program and becomes a cutting circular measureθfrom the center of tool corresponding to a value subtracting length of tool cutting width r1 from cutting width r2 of tool at a corner part Pc. Therefore, the cutting circular measure of tool cutting width r2 from the center of tool becomesθ+θd, and the cutting width is increased just for the component of corner curve angleθin comparison with the time of working the straight line part. Thus, when cut feeding speed is suppressed so as to be inversely proportional to the increase of cutting width, the increase of cutting load to the tool can be suppressed.
