摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive material for laser exposure which prevents the occurrence of interference fringes without impairing sharpness by forming photosensitive emulsion layers in such a manner that at least one layer thereof have absorbance of a specific value or above at the exposure wavelength of a laser beam. SOLUTION: This photographic sensitive material is for laser exposure and more particularly for laser scanning exposure and is used for exposure at which the angle formed by the laser beam 2 and the exposure surface of the photosensitive material 11 is not substantially made perpendicular. In such a case, the photosensitive material is so used that the angle formed by the exposure surface of the photosensitive material 11 and the laser beam 2 is misaligned by >=3 to <=45 deg. from the perpendicular at all times. The absorbance at the exposure wavelength of at least one layer among the photosensitive emulsion layers of this photosensitive material 11 is >=0.2. If, in this case, the exposure is so executed that the angle described above is made substantially perpendicular, the generation of the interference fringes is resulted. If the absorbance of all the photosensitive emulsion layers attains <=0.2, the sharpness degrades. The effect thereof is exhibited when a base, more particularly transparent base, is used and the thickness thereof is >=50μm.
