PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify measurement of the exposure spot size and its strength distribution, to improve an operability, and further improve the reliability of exposure of an original optical disk. SOLUTION: As a knife edge made to pass the beam waist of exposure laser light crossing the beam, a split glass original disk 1 is provided which has been deposited with a metallic thin film forming a split pattern and reflecting the exposure laser light. A beam splitter is arranged so that it splits laser light reflected from a split glass original board on the way in an optical system of an optical disk original board exposing device 1, and a photo-detector 5R is arranged in an optical axis of the split laser light. |
