PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of a signal transmission phase in which a burst signal is transmitted. SOLUTION: An outgoing data signal received from a station equipment via a transmission line 17 is referenced, a stabilized clock in equipment is generated with a stabilized clock generating part 1210, the outgoing data signal is mounted and replaced on the generated clock in the equipment with a clock- mounting replacement part 1200 to transmit the data to a data processing part 1400. On the other hand, a delay time setting part 1240 sets a delay time based on a phase synchronization signal, included in the outgoing data signal the clock of which is mounted and replaced. On the other hand, a signal transmission phase in which a burst signal is transmitted from the data processing part 1400 is adjusted to a delayed phase by a delay time set, by a delay time setting part 1240 with a delay amount adjustment part 1250. |
