PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the transmission efficiency of signal light and to prevent the generation of crosstalk of light by providing a signal light emitting plane, with which signal light propagated inside an optical bus is emitted toward the outside of this optical bus, on the end face of this optical bus while being formed obliquely to the surface of this optical bus. SOLUTION: An optical transmission layer 30 has a signal light incident part 32 on its surface 31 and at a section facing the signal light incident part 32 on its rear face 33, a light scattering layer 34 is formed for scattering light made incident from the signal light incident part 32. On the end face of optical transmission layer 30, a signal light emitting plane 35 is formed while being extended vertically to the surface of paper at an acute angleαwith the rear face 33 of optical transmission layer 30. When the angleαbetween the rear face 33 of optical transmission layer 30 and the signal light emitting plane is close to 90 deg.-θ(θ: critical angle), most of signal light getting closer to the signal light emitting plane 35 while being reflected on the front and rear faces of optical transmission layer 30 at an angle closer to the critical angleθis finally reflected on the rear face 33 and emitted from the signal light emitting plane 35. |
