PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reliability of notice by allowing the portable radio equipment to select automatically an optimum call reception notice means by ringing, light emission or vibration depending on the environment and the circumstance of the equipment that is being carried. SOLUTION: A changeover means selects any call reception notice means by using a ringing element 12, a light emitting element 13 or a vibration element 14 depending on environment information as to what posture the equipment that is being carried is had by the possessor. The environment information in this case is illuminance information from a sensor 8 sensing the illuminance around the equipment, vibration information from a vibration sensor 9 that senses a period of vibration exerted to the equipment is long or short, or temperature information from both body temperature and contact sensors 10, 11 for the possessor of the equipment. A changeover means has an information processing control section 6 that selects any of the call reception notice means depending on the comparison between a sensed value from each sensor and each setting value of each environment information and a notice changeover control section 7 that sets the operation. |
