PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of sheaves for laying a cable both in a flatland and a sloping land and thereby maintain the equal installation intervals of the metal wheels against a supporting wire stretched between electric poles and prevent the suspension of a cable when it is extended and prevent the coming-off of a hook due to a bounding caused when the cable is removed from a roller section and prevent the damage of sheaves and a secondary accident against workers and pedestrians on the ground. SOLUTION: A closing cap 5 of a hook 2 for engagement is provided with a roller section 8 through a link 7. Load applied to the roller section 8 works in the direction to hold a supporting wire and therefore the hook 2 bounds when a cable is removed from the roller section 8. At that time, a release preventive piece 62 mounted on a cap release ring 6 engages with a stopper pin 21 installed in the main body of the hook and prevents the rotation of the closing cap 5 and thereby an opening of the hook is kept in a closed condition.
