PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating unit excellent, in adaptability and applicability to alteration of field conditions. SOLUTION: There are provided total heat exchanger 10 for heat exchanging exhaust in a house and supply air into the house, a first duct 14 having a length with which the total heat exchanger 10 and the outside of the house are connectable, and a second duct 15 having a length with which the total heat exchanger 10, and an exhaust grill 16 and an air supply grill 17 provided in the house. At least the second duct 15 is constructed as an expandable condensation prevention flexible duct. |
