PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account settling means improve in safety and convenience. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a paying means 100 equipped with plural systems of communication means, a demanding means 101 equipped with plural systems of communication means, and an account settling means 102 equipped with plural systems of communication means, and among the respective paying means, demanding means and account settling means, communications are performed while using respectively different systems of communication means. By exchanging account settlement information through communications between the paying means and the account settling means, illegal demand due to the demanding means is prevented and by exchanging signatures (digital signatures) or calculation statements through communication between the paying means and the demanding means, sale can be made efficient. |
