PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation rainbows and to make an image plane visible by forming a micro-mold consisting of a hard layer formed on the surface of an original reflection plate and transferring the ruggedness on the surface of the micro-mold to a base film, thereby forming a reflection plate. SOLUTION: An N-times original reflection plate is formed by forming the ruggedness on the surface of an Al(aluminum) substrate and a release agent is applied over the entire surface thereof. The N-times original reflection plate coated with the release agent is loaded into a copper pipe and an Al powder material is loaded at the circumference thereof and is hot extruded into the copper pipe and is subjected to drawing. The copper pipe and the Al powder material are separated and removed and the reduced Al substrate is taken out. An Ni (nickel) layer is formed on the surface of the original reflection plate. The Ni layer and the original reflection plate are separated, by which the micro-mold consisting of the Ni layer is formed. The micro-mold is mounted at the outer periphery of the one roller among the rollers of a press machine and the base film 27 is subjected pressing and embossing. A transparent tacky adhesive material 30 is applied on its front surface. Finally, the base film 27 is cut. |
