<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the moving amount of an operated section provided at the center of an elastic plate and, at the same time, to adjust the output signal of a load sensor by using the magnitude of the moving amount of the front end of the operated section by constituting at least the lower section of the operated section of an elastic operated shaft composed of an elastic material. SOLUTION: An operated section 7 constituted of a front-end operated section 7A composed of a rigid material and an elastic operated shaft composed of a linear elastic metallic wire is provided at the central part of an elastic plate 1 fixed to a rigid mount 3 at four corners by means of fixing sections 4. The lower surface of the elastic plate 1 is pivotally supported by a supporting section on the mount 3 so that the plate 1 may be deformed without receiving any vertical load when a horizontal force is applied to the front-end operated section 7A. On the plate 1, two pairs of first and second distortion detecting elements 5 and 6 composed of resistors having strain-sensitive resistance values are provided in an orthogonal positional relation. The moving direction and amount of the operated section 7A are made detectable respectively from the ratio between and the magnitudes of the differences of resistance value changes of the elements 5 and 6.</p> |
