PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation display in which the operation of a user can be simplified at the time of setting a navigation function. SOLUTION: Function indicating icons 31-35 normally displayed on a navigation screen correspond to navigation functions, respectively. For example, a scale icon 35 corresponds to a function for setting the scale of a map. When any one of icons 31-35 is selected, a pop-up menu related to the selected icon is displayed on the screen. A user can set a desired navigation function on the navigation screen by selecting a desired function from the pop-up menu. Since the navigation function can be set without switching the navigation screen to a menu screen, user operation is simplified. |
