PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to detect an abnormal condition such as the nonfastening of an overrun clutch (OVR/C). SOLUTION: An engine rotation frequency detecting means 6 to detect the rotation frequency of an engine; an OVR/C fastening signal detecting means 7 to detect the fastening signal and nonfastening signal of an OVR/C; a change gear ratio detecting means 8 to detect the change gear ratio of gear transmission 4; an output shaft rotation frequency detecting means 9 to detect the rotation frequency of the output shaft of the gear transmission 4; and an input rotation frequency calculating means 12 to calculate the input rotation frequency of the gear transmission 4 from the output rotation frequency and the change gear ratio; are provided, and when the fastening signal from the OVR/C fastening signal detecting means 7 is input, and when the input rotation frequency from the input rotation frequency calculating means 12 is made more than a set input rotation frequency set beforehand, the engine rotation frequency and the preset set engine rotation are compared, and it is decided to be abnormal when the engine rotation frequency is made lower than the set engine rotation frequency. |
