<p>A dowel contains a tie bolt (3) with a widening section (6) which widens in the direction of the inner end (4). Positioned on the widening region is a metal dowel sleeve (5) which exhibits an inner non-widenable region (10) and individual webs (13) which adjoin said region (10) in the direction of the outer end of the tie bolt (3). The ends (15) of the webs (13) are bent off outwardly, with the result that, upon being subjected to tensile loading, their edges (16) dig into the wall (17) of the bore (1). <IMAGE></p> |
