A process for the manufacture of a rigid dador for the roof of vehicles which is applicable from within to the roof covering of the vehicle, a hood of multiple layers made of two out force linings and of one hard foam central layer which are manufactured, this continued hood is separated or divided in the center and is cut with certain excess in accordance with the measurements of the roof covering therefore individual force linings with certain excess are cut in accordance with the measurements of the roof covering and continued by the cutting of the separated hood and the cutting of the individual force lining together with a sticky layer between the side of the hard foam covering and the individual force lining modeled in a mould tool correspondingly to the bending and contour of the roof cover according to final form and then it is glued.
