The present invention refers to a promotional space for advertising media, with movement and animation, which is represented by means of optical line units, comprising continuous webs having on the surface of the front part thereof, a plurality of optical lines that upon overlapping one next to the other in a parallel manner, form a complete image. The system is provided with an interval-timed metoreducer, geared lengthwise to a central synchronizer axis with drag teeth in its upper and lower part and supported in their lower parts by means of a bearing; the system is provided in its frontal part with two idle rollers without drag teeth, providing with this a synchronism to the web and to its object which is to overlap the image in its frontal surface. The webs are provided with perforations along aline near to their edges, so that the back roller with synchronized drag teeth can carry out its function making them to spin towards the left side or right side, so that at the time of spinning the web it has a perfect synchronisim at the time of multiplying the optical line units which upon overlapping form the image.
